I just took a look at the Warwick bridge like you have for the twins. I see why you like it! I like your idea of using their bridge & a Gibson style "stop bar"...

And the chromes even nicer. (as an ex trucker, I LOVES chrome)
Same bridge. They used to be fairly common on import basses (saw them on a lot of Schecter, lower end Spector, etc). You will see them in gold as well. I have one one a project bass and it seems like a decent bridge.

It's nice, the lower half gets sunk into the top of the bass and the top is adjustable in height seperatley from the saddles if you need it to be
