If you're in Europe you can get pretty much all Thomastik singles (depending on stock) from Lord of The Strings in The Netherlands or Saitenmarkt in Germany. They will ship to other parts of the world too. The listed prices include 19% EU tax so if you're outside the EU the strings will be slightly cheaper (will be deducted at checkout). Depending on your location the shipping costs could be higher though (at least if you want tracking/insurance) and I guess you might also have to pay some kind of import tax/VAT/customs fees.

Saitenmarkt also have a great selection of Pyramid singles.

I use both of them all the time and I've always been very happy with their service.

I feel like it's one of the better flatwound B strings (I've also had Chromes, Sadowsky Black Label and Fender). I would still make other fingering choices as I get higher up the neck, but it's solid lower down.
