TI Jazz flats

The short-scale TI's have arrived!
JF324
JF324H
JR324

The 6-string jazz flats are on the way, they should get here by Tuesday.

All of the TI bass strings are on special this month with details sent through our email subscription list. You can signup for the April and all future specials here. If you didn't receive the March Specials email with the TI deal, just shoot me an email ([email protected]) and I'll forward it to you.

My TI order just arrived, so I've now got the JF344 set back in stock!

Here's a heads up on TI's 2025 prices: they're going up slightly on February 3rd.

Just as an example, the JF344 set's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) will go from $101.95 to $105.95. They don't enforce MAP, so most dealers sell well below those prices. I currently sell the JF344 set for $78.99, and I'll move it to something like $82 or $83 on February 3rd.

Just a heads up that TI pricing has become a bit of a moving target. Seems like every time I login to their website to order more the price has increased. I'm assuming this is due to the ongoing tariff situation.

Anyway, I'm only raising my prices on sets that I've ordered recently at a new/higher cost. That's most of them at this point (this has been going on all year), but I haven't been keeping close track. The latest change I made was to the 6-string JF346 set. That set went from $127.99 to $149.99 on my site just now. Yikes!

Other dealers out there might have deeper stock levels than me, so maybe they can still sell at lower prices for a little while if they haven't needed to restock. It'll hit everyone eventually, though.

BTW - this reminds me why I swore off international brands a long time ago. I was the #1 Warwick dealer in the US for a minute back in the late 2000's, but then exchange rates went crazy and I couldn't sell anything Warwick because they got so expensive so quickly.

TI won't be such a big deal just because the dollar amounts involved are so much smaller, there's not nearly as much risk. Still, I'm feeling deja-vu vibes...

I was out of the JR345 and JR324 sets, but I just received a shipment from TI so they are both back in stock now!

I just received another shipment from TI strings, so my inventory levels are all solid now on the sets that I stock.

If there's a TI set that you like but I don't carry, please let me know what that set is. This time of year I start thinking about growth for next year, and right now I'm of a mind to expand my bass string offerings. So I'm on the prowl for sets that people want but I don't have. Thanks for any ideas!

Just a quick heads up that TI string prices are scheduled to increase 6% on March 9, 2026.

It may take some time for that price increase to propagate through the dealer network, assuming other dealers operate like me and won't raise prices by that 6% until I get low and have to order whatever set at the new/higher price.

Still, I'd say get 'em at today's price while you can!
