Time requirement

How much time will it take to me make just the body of an electric bass, including routing the cavities?

I can have that ready for paint in an afternoon from rough lumber. I have no idea what your skills and tools are. How many times have you done one?

About 6 hrs, without rushing around (which I will never do).That includes making new templates for the pickups, control cavity and neck pocket........... Provided we're not including a glue up time, like logic mentioned.
