Tiny Bass Tuning Heads??

Howdy! New guy here, greetings from the Texas Hill Country! I've picked up a very neat Telestar 3/4 size bass...appears to be from the 60's, and is a Jazz Bass inspired miniature knock-off, well done. The machine heads were worn out, so I ordered a set of Precision Bass heads...which are HUGE compared to the originals. I would have to bore out the holes from the present 7/16" to 9/16"., which I could do, and the new tuners would 'just' fit, with the ears of the keys almost touching each other...not a look I am after. Do any of you guys know a source for 3/4 size bass guitar machine heads??? Here are my originals shown with the P bass ones...

Here is a pic of the bass (unstrung because the tuners are removed)...23 1/2" scale!!

Thanks, BassModder! Those Gotoh Compacts look like the ticket! I'm going to wander over to ebay to see if any are floating around used, but they are only $45.00 new, so I'll probably be going new!
