Tiny compressors with magic tone - what’s out there?

Hi Chums,

Looking for suggestions for a compressor that does the “magic tone enhancer” (think Diamond Bass Comp) but in a tiny box. I see a few transparent small form factor ones but I like a bit flavour.

What options are out there?

I mean, the Accountant doesn't do the honey tone thing but its character and crunch are awesome.

To clarify my recommendation…the Empress has tone filter switch that either adds a mid-scoop, flat, or mid-bump. It also has a Mix knob that allows you to send uncompressed signal along with the compressed signal which lets me drive the preamp somewhat in my Mesa WD800. It’s pretty glorious!

I thought the Spectracomp was pretty good at adding a bit of 'flavour'....

I have a Wampler mini Ego Compressor that I really like. Nice options for such a small pedal and it sounds fantastic too.
