I've always enjoyed the 2 words combined. for example: ordinarily and normally: normalarily.

It really means "You poor, miserable SOB." And for extra emphasis, you will hear Bless his/her Little heart.

That one means "I'm not paying attention to a word you are saying. Just listen to me because my opinion/life/stories are all that matters." I know someone who says that often. Sometimes after he says that as a way to cut me off and go into a long monologue I will stop him and ask "what did I just say?" He almost never knows."
