Tone control losing volume?

I recently installed a Seymour Duncan SCPB-3 Quarter Pound in a Squier Bronco, And when I roll the tone knob back I'm losing almost all of my volume. I know that there is some volume loss when you decrease your trouble but this is almost all of my volume. I'll check the wiring diagram two or three times and resoldered the wires. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Please help!!!

Photo of the wiring?

Cheers.

De-solder the red wire from lug 1 of the tone pot. De-solder the leg of the Cap from the middle Lug of the tone pot. Swap them. I.e de-soldered Red wire to middle lug of tone pot and the de-soldered Cap leg to lug 1 of tone pot.
The ground wire from lug 1 of the vol pot to the case looks real close to contacting the middle lug and lug 3 of the vol pot. Maybe just angle of pic
