This is the non-trim pot version that came out of a Spector Euro bass. It still has the 10K bass pot and battery clip attached. I will also send a couple of wiring diagrams with it to save you some time.
$35 PayPal (no fee personal method) USPS in the continental US. SOLD!!!

2 Push/Pull 25k volume pots. These were originally used for EMG-TW's that can be switchable from single to dual coil. These are normally about $14 each.
$12 for the pair PayPal (no fee personal method) USPS in the continental US.

I will USPS these outside the US at buyer's expense.

On the pre - is it a complete unit with pots that could be installed in a J or P/J style bass without other parts other than pups?

No. As the ad say's "It still has the 10k bass pot and the battery clip". You will need two volume pots and a 100k Treble pot.
