I do a WO combo to get started then it's just about doing the opposite like wp then qo etc or vice versa, I didnt get that far I always tripped on my feet because I over stretched after 30sum meter.

By the looks of it, get into a certan position, and hit random things till you scootch along the floor till you hit the finish line.
