What I'll do today is book Saturday, January 14 from 2pm - 6pm at Cherry Street Studios (33 Viliers Street). It's in downtown TO off of Lakeshore Blvd. (right off the DVP).

Our last 2 GTG were 3 hours so 4 hours should be more than enough time to try out gear, talk, learn technique, stories, and play tunes.

I tend to be the one taking all the pictures and video so I'll bring my gear for that.

What would help is that people confirm they are going. The last one we did had around a dozen guys show up

Cool beans, I'm there for sure. Should I bring some refreshments of any kind or some snacks? I have a couple other Bassist friends from Bolton, they don't use this forum but I know they'd like to come, would that be acceptable? Or should I tell them to eff off and join the forum and sign up?

Just so we're all clear: the room is booked for Saturday, January 14th from noon - 4:00 pm. We have room #4. There's a bass amp, 2 guitar amps, drum kit and PA system with mic's. It's one of the bigger rooms and we've had up to a dozen people visit and it was comfortable. There are stools and music stands, and lot's of wall plugs and power bars.

Some guys will bring their gear to sell, talk about or show off, others can try various gear they've not had a chance to see, etc. I know a few of the guys here from our first GTG.
