I go for a walk by the Squamish River every morning. There was a skim of snow a couple of days ago.

My retirement project. I built this little cabin over the summer on my small acreage in Central Minnesota. My little camper was not cutting it for Minnesota winters. The inside is not done but at least it is now weather proof...I’m tired! Can’t wait to haul the bass up and play on a cold winters evening. Though it will probably be next winter.

I was gonna ask off grid, but then I saw the conduit in that last picture. Is it plumbed?

Afraid not. County regulations would require 750 sq ft minimum with full frost foundation, full sewer and water. Too mush $$$. So I have a separate outhouse on a tank and have a design for a 12 volt RV style water supply in both the kitchen and dry latrine errr bathroom that I plan on using. The dry latrine (using sawdust) is so my wife doesn’t have to venture outside at night. The outhouse matches the cabin.
