Acquired a Traben Neo Limited, really great instrument,. But there's hardly any info on the web. Did they discontinue? Would be a shame, bass has many well thought of ideas included..

I was asking about this brand a while ago and did get some replies

What can you tell me about Traben basses? The Good, The Bad, The Ugly.

Thanks B-Mac, shame there's little info on them...i have the Korean make i believe, they do stand out of the regular, very response

From my reading here over the years, I gather that big bridge plate they are known for was off-putting to many.

Possible. Not the safest choice either, this chrome. Corners tend to bubble up. Nothing some sanding can cure though, but can imagine it's not for everyone

That's a statement I can agree with. Owned a spalted maple Neo,they'd sprayed a burst finish over it too.
