Trace Elliot GP7

I was looking online at some Trace Elliots, and I found a lot of these for from around $70-$240. Why so spread out in price? And are these even like a nice amp? I looked for threads but nothing really described them much.

I own a Trace Elliots 65, it has a 10" and sound good. They're good amp but on the heavy side.

The one I am talking about is a head only. I figured With that head for like $70, and an Avatar 212 That be a pretty cool amp.

The GP7 was their 7 band pre (GP12 was the 12 band) ... they had a few different power sections ... 130w, 300w and 500w at least from memory.

The power rating was in the model name IIRC ... had a AH130, was pretty powerful but also pretty heavy for the number of watts.
