Trace Elliot Serial Number

I'm looking at a specific Trace 1048H and would like to know the date it was built and where it was built so if anyone could help me that'd be much appreciated. It's the ported 410 with the two horizontal red stripes. The serial number is T0210164121300.

I can't help you with your serial number, but two red stripes usually mean that it's the original TE from the UK, built during the early nineties (roughly).
