Tracking Info

I bought an item from a fellow TB'er and he gave me tracking info saying it was USPS, they said it wasn't their tracking info does anyone know of anyone else besides usps, fedex and ups that may ship in texas?

the tracking number he gave me was VG96 4460 123U S and none of the usual shipping companies know.

well seeing he hasn't been on in 4 days and hasn't replied to my email. I of course am not accusing him or anything but I don't just wait on things.

if you realized what the main question was if someone has noticed a tracking number like that before, i wasn't saying hey i think this guy screwed me etc etc. There are time limit in everything including paypal disputes and for lost items. I just know he sold several other items in the same thread i just don't know who or else i'd just pm them and ask them if their tracking number was a similar format.
