After I get this PJ5 in I am thinking of ordering a Trans Green Standard or Vintage.

Anyone have one like this or another bass in this color and in the jazz body style?

I think that trans green would look great with a cream or white pearloid pickguard.

Boy the Sadowsky GAS bug bite you hard didint it ;) :p

It has been a two year process. A lot of denial.

It is hard when companies are willing to give you their instruments for 30% BELOW what guitar center buys them for.

Having deal with Spector and Warwick kind of spoiled me on that aspect. However, after meeting Roger and Jason Newsted at NAMM in 2004 it has been a steady awakening.

Now I just can deny what my ears and hands experience when I play one. So, time for several.

Where are pic of the green beast? I want to see how it looks.

Well i haven't got my bass yet but i've got a custom warwick on order in transparent emerald green, the best i can do is refer you to the warwick website, the click on colours and scroll down to the emerald green transparent high gloss and well er just picture a warwick 'vette in that colour.

OR

Just picture this warwick high gloss bass in green

I have played about a dozen Megtro's and everyone of them were great. I bought two used NYC's because one them was a model you can't get in a Metro (PJ5) and the other was just too good of a deal and was Marcus Millers Sadowsky.

However, I wouldn't hestitate in buying one after having played both. I don't think you can go wrong with a Metro AT ALL!
