Traynor SB500H lack of treble?

I just recieved this Traynor head, and it seems like there's a lack of treble extension.
Very disappointed in pick tone, too.

I play a lot of hard rock.

What bass?

What cab?

What strings?

Did you read the manual to see what the EQ looks like when it's set to "flat"?

In short, we need more info. Or are you just venting?

Edit: Never mind. I just looked up the manual. Turn the low extention pretty much off. Set every knob to noon. Go from there. Boost tue treble all the way up and see what happens. The knobs go all the way up for a reason. Don't EQ with your eyes. EQ with your ears. (You probably know all this anyway.)
