Triad replacement 15"

I have check previous post and threads and I didn't find any concrete suggestions on a good replacement speaker for my Triad. I have not busted it, I just use it in a stack with my Silverado Specal and I was hoping to get a little better definition out of my B string. Thanks for any help or suggestions.:help:

I was going to try to find one of these to make my 3 way cab from, but ended up with a 3 cu ft box. The Triad is more like 3.5 cu ft, and is the perfect match up for an Eminence 3015LF. Try one, you'll like it.

Wondering if you went neo for the 15 and 10, how much would the cab weigh? As I recall, the triad weighs 80 lbs.

Hello i have had three triad's at different time's great cabinet originally they came with pas speaker's the 15 sound's good but the ten does not handle high voume's ,the 18" big ben has a bag end speaker and is made by eminence for bag end ,so the bag end 15 is probaly made by eminence as well,i did try an ev 400 watter in there and it sounded great much more bottom, you may want to look into a better 10" Speaker if it is the pas i found it to be the weak link unless you play at jazz volume.

On one of my triad's i put a 16 ohm delta 10 in ,and bypassed the 10" crossover with a 400 watt ev ,it sounded great, nowday's i would opt for the neo's and run at 4 ohm's i also had a gk 800,i put a switch on it so i could run bi-amp as well ,sounded great.
