Truss Rod Nut replacement for Fender RI 62 CIJ

Hello guys,
I need a truss rod nut replacement for my RI 62 Jazz Bass CIJ. I checked on ebay and there are plenty of that pieces for vintage Fender. In my own experience, I realized that japanese instruments has a lot of their own measurement, so I am not sure if an original piece is going to fit in my instrument. Do you have any experience with that?

Hiya,

There was a thread a little while ago for a bullet type truss rod nut on a P-Lyte that asked the same question which turned out to be metric. I would suggest the same may be true of the RI as Japan is a metric based country.

Thank you Tom. That was what I thought. Looking in amazon jp, I found this Montreaux nut that says to be metric. I am asking to a friend who lives in Tokyo if he can translate thr info for me.

Finally I also used google translator. That was a hexafonal nut. But I found a cross nut!!
