My community orchestra's conductor has decided to program the Tschaikowsky 1rst Symphony - despite the protests of the orchestra, which feels that we're just not big (good?) enough to tackle it. Rehearsals have not been fun. Let's just leave it at that.

There are three of us in the bass section.

Anybody have any tips on surviving this piece?
