tuner on the "effect send" output

The SEND/RETURN on the MK500 is in serial.
If you plug something in the EFFECT SEND the connetion between preamp and poweramp is broken.

You'll need to connect the Korg tuner output to the EFFECT RETURN.

Why not just use the TUNER OUT of your amp?
Or do you not want too many cables on the front of your rack?
edit: ^sorry, you already said that in the OP.

That's exactly the reason (pure estaetics:-).

If i put it in the loop, then it will affect my sound?
there must be some form of buffer in the tuner to proces the signal, am I right?

Don't know if those racktuners are true bypass.

I'm going to get one of those Korg racktuners, but I'll hook it up to the tuner output.

Besides on my GK1001RB-II all jacks are on frontpanel anyway... and I like seeing all the cable connections in front of my rack. :D
