Double Bass tuner reccommendation

Hi, is there a tuner with modest price (under $100) that works well for DB in a live setting when there is ambient noise on stage? I just use a mic for amplification-no pick-up. I have tried the intellitouch clip-on but am looking for something a little more responsive. Or do all you jazzers tune by ear...thanks for any advise.

Before I lost the little bugger I was using that cute little korg tuner that clips on to the bridge.(the one with the orange face) It worked great especially in loud situations. It was also great for practicing with the bow cause you could leave it on the bridge and see it while practicing. (great for TP)
Korg also has an orchestal tuner with a VU meter that I have been thinking about...

OT 12. Great especially for orchestral playing. You can switch to fast, mid and slow mode (it depends on situation- for example: if you need to practice long notes, you can use slow mode) and it has different types of tunings, also for baroque playing (Kirnberger, Werckmeister and others). Great, light, useful piece of gear.

You might also look at the Sabine AX-2000 or AX-3000. Very unobtrusive and works well.
