Tuning Down

I have a gig this Friday and have a setup problem. The weather/humidity has changed here, and my basses have all gone a bit sharp, and some have developed some fret buzz.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem. But I am going to have to tune down a half step for the gig (singer's request). Should I add a little more neck relief than I normally would since I'll be tuning down a half step? Or should I adjust the bass as I normally would in standard tuning and just tune down immediately before playing?

How comfortable are you with adjusting the truss rod? If it were me, I would set it up the normal way, then try tuning down and see how the neck responds. Then you can decide whether it needs more relief of not--some necks are more sensitive to changes in string tension than others, so it' shard to guess in advance.
