Tuning Peg Problems

So I bought a pair of black tuning pegs from rondomusic to put on my squier p bass, only to find out that they are too small. I would like to avoid drilling holes into the headstock, so I came across these on amazon. They say they fit most fender like basses, would that include my squier as well?
