For sale Turner Electroline fretless bass (transparent black)

This Turner Electroline has the 18v piezo system these basses are well known for. The sound is very detailed, broad, and "has everything" - sculpting your sound is just a matter of removing the frequencies you're accustomed to missing with magnetic pickups. No controls on the surface of this bass - control everything with your hands and an amp or maybe an outboard preamp.

This bass looks "just black" in the photos, but in person it's actually a very nice transparent black; it's just very difficult to photograph! The swamp ash body is really lovely and the grain is subtly visible. This bass has been gigged a lot and has its share of bumps and marks, but it sounds and plays really nicely.

Currently strung with pressurewound strings (meh) but you can use any kind of string you like. All the photos were taken with an iphone SE & natural light, no fancy editing. I tried to choose photos that look as close as possible to what this bass looks like in person.
