What use is the case going to see? Local gigs, wide-spread touring, airline travel? Big difference between handling the case yourself in and out of a car vs. touring with a van or bus or trailer or tractor trailer vs. checking it as luggage.
That case pic you posted looks good for any of those used, but it'll probably be pretty heavy (read: costly) for airline travel. I'm sure any quality rack/case builder could build a custom version of that case, not sure what builders are in Canada, though.
That Enki case looks cool (similar to vault-style cases made by other manufactures), but I'd curious how the case holds the instruments in place in the event the case is turned upside down, or thrown down a ramp by a baggage handler.
Another option that I've been considering is to put two basses in gig bags or in a double gig bag (I have this

SKB case or a custom-sized version of this
ATA case.
