U bass / piccolo

Hi
According to my understanding
From what you say
All this experience is best
On u bass
The disadvantage of the neck does not contain too high
I was thinking about this model
Kala U-Bass Scout
Can I put the 600m on it too
Thanks for the help from you
Eldad

Yes, I believe you can put the La Bella white nylon guitar tapewounds on that U-Bass.

In the early posts of this discussion, I suggested you convert another type instrument so you don't spend too much money, but then you considered the Ibanez tenor guitar, which is not really cheap. This means that you're really serious about this piccolo. So yes: absolutely get the Kala if that is the direction where you want to go. I think that there will be no problem with the strings.

Last two questions:
- can you find cheaper ukulele basses where you live?
- would you consider the Luna Guitars Uke Bass Tattoo Spruce instead? It comes with metal flatwounds (you could replace them with nylon tapes later) and is already tuned piccolo:

I have no words for the help from your :hyper::bassist:
Thank you very much:thumbsup:
I think u bass is best for me
Kala U-Bass Scout or JOURNEYMAN
What I did not understand is the strings that can be adjusted as a bass to the scout
I also want recorded as a regular bass
I realized it comes with sticky rubber that also stopped producing
Which set of kala strings is possible to fit
Thank you very much

I'm sorry but I really don't understand the question this time.
Do you not want to tune it to piccolo anymore?

Yes definitely Piccolo
But in the future if I want to convert it back to u bass
I realized that there are differences between the strings
Each bass has custom strings
Kala U-Bass Scout which is my preference
There are rubber that I realized are also sticky and out of production
Which strings can be adjusted from bass strings
U-Bass
Is only the rubber type possible adjusted to Kala U-Bass Scout?
many thanks

Some Kala models come with rubber strings (I don't think that they're out of production); other models come with classical-guitar type strings ("Kala metal roundwound": they have nylon inside and a metal wire outside). However, you can use metal rounds on the models that come with rubber strings, and rubber strings with those that have metal strings. Just buy the strings that you like and put them on the U-Bass model that you have chosen, if it doesn't have them already.
