I LOVE GC!
Have always been treated extremely well, sure have to tune bass off the wall frequently, but that is not a big deal to me. What I like is the selection and customer service that I get from them. Bough a Fender Jazz yesterday from them they had to order on line for me. When it did not ship yesterday (too late on the east coast) I am in tucson, I emailed corporate and asked if it could be expedited (I have 3 gigs this weekend) I got a message back saying they were sending it out today overnight to me!!! at no charge!!!! that is service!!!
I would buy local if local could provide the same or a bit more service and $ since I have to go over 90 miles to get there, but we have only one music store in town now, as the other guy went out of business since Peavey and Fender would not have him as a dealer due to the lack for sales volume. Thank God for GC in Tucson
