That is quite stunning. Mine too used a bit of amber dye in the center section to pop the grain a bit more. Mine is a single piece of Honduran mahogany I found at a local exotic wood place near me.

Here's another from my collection, not a one off, but rare here in the States. It's a 1977 Greco Thunderbird II. Made in Japan, set neck construction very nice build quality, balances well. Single pick up is the loud, with very high output. This is a great Thunderbird for a modest price!

ya I have had your pic in my photobucket for a while, never remembered who it belonged to from who knows what thread since it's posted all over the place like mine :D:D

however...IF someone does want to sell one, yep, that would be one major gas pain wiped out ( as well as quite a few dollars, cause I know how rare they are also )
