Which UA Audio preamp would/do you use and what is the difference in sound?

The 610 has two tubes and no fet option. The 710 has a single tube or a fet option. By most accounts the 610 has more of the tube thing going on, and the 710 is more versatile. Which is more important to you? Out of the two I’d go with the 610 and would augment it with something clean and fet based like a Grace, 1073 or 312.
