Was wondering if someone could give an opinion on these pickups. got these with a 78 fender P. i got two years ago. they were an extra set that the buyer sent with the bass. asked him about them but he had no idea what they were. he received them when he bought bass from someone else. they seem to be fender type pickups. are they from the 70s? the shape is not familiar to me. oval with no writing or serial numbers at all. can anyone perhaps figure out what they are? i am sure they are old but not fender i think.
