Unusual buzzing strings.

Hello.
I have one BIG problem with my playing on bass. I have a Sire Marcus Miller V3 bass, but it appear also on other basses. So, when i playing, my strings buzzes, but not in that moment, when playing a note, but in that moment, when I raise my finger up. First, when I play the note, there is a clean sound, and when I raise finger, there apperas the buzz. In normal playing with a band it is inaudible, but, when I record anything, it to be heard very clearly.
How to fix it?

What do you mean by 'raising' your finger?
If you mean your fretting finger, it needs to stay holding the string down for as long as you want the note to sound. When you want the note to end, it needs to come off quickly and cleanly. If you take it off too slowly you will get buzzing...

How far behind the fret is your finger?
If it's too far back, that'll buzz when you release.
How far is "too far"? If you can see any fingerboard between your finger & the fret, that's too far.

If that's not the case, then I can only suggest you have a muting issue.

Try "muting" the string with a different finger, either on your right or left hand, to stop the note from ringing out, while you lift your fretting finger. This should quiet the buzz.

Every note you play should have a deliberate beginning, middle, and end. If you lift your fretting finger in the middle of the note, that's why you get more buzz. A good exercise is to practice scales and put a deliberate "stop" in between notes: do (stop) re (stop) mi (stop) fa (stop) sol (stop) la (stop) ti (stop) do (stop) and then back down the scale again. This is how to achieve clean-sounding fingering, IMHO.
