Tried to upload a small pic - roughly 500x300 - this morning, and waited 5 minutes (twice) before giving up. Anybody else having problems with this?

Upload manager not working?

Very strange. To give a little bit more info, I'm trying to upload an allowably-sized jpeg, and am not allowed to do it either here or in the thread I first tried it in. My net access is acting plenty snappy, so that's not it. One other strange thing: normally, when the manager opens, there is a little bar graph showing how close to my limit I am, and I see nothing like that now. Could this be part of it?

I'm seeing no dip or blips in the attachment logs (attachments are being uploaded as usual yesterday and today). Most of the time it's a net security app, firewall, or other such thing that causes this -
