Uploaded CD for Progressive Bass book (available for download)

Over the past few years here on Talkbass, I've had a few requests for the CD from the Progressive Bass book (see cover below). I can't remember why that's the case, but I guess I mentioned it in a thread a few years back. Anyway, after creating some copies of it and mailing it to TB members, I was asked if I could just rip it and post it online for people who had the book but the CD, so here it is.

The link is no longer accessible, do you still have the mp3's for the Progressive Bass Guitar book? If so could you share them? A friend lent me her book but she doesn't have the CD anymore. It'd be such a huge help!
