Urge Fender bass Pots issue!!!

Dear friends,

i am owner of 92 model urge bass 1 stu hamm model.

i need to replace the pots, which are totally worn out. Many noise issues i have the last period.

This bass as you see the photos ,it has...quite unusual pots and hard to find.

even when i send email to Fender they told me that the do not have spare pots about this bass. So fender tells me that i have to buy a new bass? what if i have to replace the pots or something else? Dont they suppose to have these parts?
Dont they suppose to support their old customers? what if an instrument is 10 or 20 or 30 years old? doesnt have any value?? i thought older instruments have bigger value than the newer ones.

Anyway i would appreciate anyone who have faced the same issue or? someone who is expert on electronics to guide through this difficult matter i have!

PS: the original pots are CTS. I recently made an attempt to replace them with ALPHA pots. But didnt work out.

I really appreciate your support,
Have a nice day

IMHO Fender has let us down! They should have kept a manual & wiring/component circuit diagram for these basses. I have a 1993 model but it was hardly used, hence everything works perfectly.

Maybe you should check these out:

My friend thank you so much for you contribution to my issue.
Yes indeed fender mess up this time. This bass i own it since then and i have played everywhere with it ! I dont want to throw it away!

Anyway i now replaced the inner worn parts of my cts pot with alpha. But know i have the active-passive-mute switch working only on passive position! Thr active pos. Not working ... fck crazy!
