This is a pretty rare bass, I bought this bass off of Dan Lakin. It’s in great shape, maybe a little light buckle rash but no major blemishes. The neck is killer, the best of what makes older Laklands great! Has a d-tuner installed I brought the bass to a professional luthier and had him route a pickup cavity in what would be more of a jazz bass position. The work is super clean and I will include the original pickguard so the pickup can be put back in the original position and it will look fine.The bass sounds great with pickup back farther, much more punchy and articulate.
