Used Amp purchasing options

I currently have an old SWR Bassic Black combo and a Goliath II. I am finding that I need more power at times so have started to look for an upgrade.
Since I like the SWR sound, I have found three options lately.
Silverado Special for $349
Super Redhead for $399
550x head for $249
I figure that I can use the Goliath as an extension cab for either combo and sell the Bassic
or
Keep the Bassic for small gigs and practice and use the 550x/Goliath for bigger venues.
Which seems like the best way to go? Opinions?

the head is probably the best deal in terms of power. add that to the goliath and make some boom.

So the 550X will be higher watts but how will it sound as compared to a Redhead with Goliath attached? The Redhead is pre Fender era but the 550x is post Fender (manufactured 6/04). Should that make any difference in the decision?
