Sorry mate that's the last V festival stage one, wing rig, it was brand new in 2012 and so where the lead sled crowns that drove it.
This is the all new outdoor latest thing since sliced bread solution.
It's taking over worldwide against the array competition.

I was a personal friend of the late Brian McKenzie who designed and produced the 'Precision Device' loudspeakers that went into the 'Turbosound' cabs.
I met Brian in the 70s and we hit it off right away. I was working for the UK telephone company at the time and looked after his phones at home and in his factory.
I was able to buy single speakers from him at bulk prices for cash in hand.

Thanks a lot for all the help! You've all pretty much confirmed my original beliefs.
I guess I'll stick with my V4. It still sounds great I was just hoping to cut through the mix a bit better, but I guess that's what DI is for.

The V4 is the strongest 100W amp I have ever come across. I could easily blow any cab I own with it, "Cutting through the mix" is more about EQ than volume. You could give me a guitar amp and if I EQ it right I could cut through without blowing anything up. It would sound like crap for bass but I could do it. The point is, use the EQ to cut through, not the volume knob. If EQ'ing doesn't get it done, you need a stronger cab.

The power ratings on cabs are ignorable, I would say. You really need to hear it out yourself. If you go pass certain level of gain, it might start farting, which is not good for your cab. There should be a plenty of threads about this problem. Use search function!

Ignorable up to something less than the rated power. Go above that (or even close to it) at your own risk.

I don't know Mr McKenzie personally but I have used a lot of Turbosound
gear in the past and was very impressed, last thing I did with it was Rod Stewart at Ipswich town football club for Marshall equipment hire.
Liked their Fane Anstropic ferrite magnet cast frame guitar speakers a lot back in the seventies.

Being as where I am from, I think you could take a rough guess at which loudspeaker manufacturer I used to work/clock in at, work would be stretching the meaning of the word a bit.
I don't think the little Chinese fella doing my old job, would get away with just writing development work on his time sheets, half the time, without question these days.
