Using bass amp with drum machine

I just purchased the new Yamaha DD-65 drum pads. I am waiting on it to come in the mail.
I have a Rogue RB-120BT Bass amp. I know it's discontinued, however you can still look at the features on the net.

How well do you think this box will send out the mid's and high's?

If not good enough for a small church (50 - 60 people),

Can I relay a couple of small speakers to it and get good sounding mid's and high's?

It will sound pretty bad unless you add a good midrange and tweeter.
I'm afraid any solution is likely to cost more than the rogue is worth.
I'd recommend trying out keyboard amps, or powered PA speakers.

we used a redeye? carvin combo for electric drums. I wasn't gonna play bass through it, but I guess it was o.k. for drums.

give it a shot but just keep an ear on the woofer bottoming out on bass kicks...

So have you got the dd65 yet?What do you think of it?I currently have the dd55 but i'm interested in the dd65 also.Will you use it as a midi controller?Cause i've read there's a problem with the hi-hat when used with midi.Keep us informed.
