So I have had this guitar for almost 10 years it's never let me down gig after gig but now I'm not gigging and want to upgrade the sound. To start out I wanted to try upgrading the pots. So I hooked up 2 vol 1 Tone per fender and seymour's wiring diagrams. And I get nothing. No sound at all. I know I did it right so my question is could it be the pickups? I thought that they were passive. Right? Please help me find my mind.
