V4BH or SVT head cases

How are the latches on the affordable-cases? I'm looking to replace the case I have. It's a "Roadie" case. I need something better.

As far as I can tell, they use all Penn-Elcom gear. Mine is the SVT-CL live-in case, full ATA spec. When you carry the case the latches are holding the whole weight of the head, and look sturdy enough to do that without complaint.

Still early days yet so I can't say what it's going to be like in 5 years time. I'd bet a couple of beers on it lasting though.

edit: I've got one of those "Roadie" brand cases, a 6U rack. They're pretty flimsy. I reinforced the top and sides with some 4"x1/2" pieces of ply, gorilla glue and screws, then mounted better handles using the reinforcements to screw into. Less than an hours work. Not as strong as the SVT case, but I'm not scared of the thing falling apart when I pick it up any more.
