I’m looking for Volume 2 of her book. Does anyone own a copy that they would be interested in selling? Thanks.

You might have to ask your local librarian about an interlibrary loan, World Cat is the only place I'm seeing it anywhere after a quick google. Amazon doesn't even have a cover image, so it must be pretty rare.
