Valeton Coral Amp Pedal

Has anyone ever tried one of these on bass? I'd be interested just to see what happens. There is one in Reverb right now for a good price and I'm considering picking it up.

So I've finally gotten around to playing with the Coral Amp. Out of all of the amp models I've only found 2 out of 16 that don't suck all of the bottom out the tone. Those are preamp A2 (59 Bassman - 4x10) and A6 (Mesa F-100 - 2x12). The A2 patch is okay, but the A6 patch really imparts a silky modern tone with the bass and treble knobs boosted paired with a mid cut. I like it enough that I'm keeping the pedal on my board for now just for that setting. I'll try and get some audio up if I can. I don't really have a recording solution set up right now.
