Value of a Ken Smith BSRM CRM

Hi, ive just been offered a ken smith bolt on in part exchange for my modulus flea, ive heard of smith basses, but im not too sure about the value and with that whether this is a good trade or not, so could anyone tell me what sort of price they would list the ken smith for on here, am i right in thinking around $2500 mark?

This is the bass i have been offered, please also bere in mind the slight dent over the top of the pickup where the thumb rests:

Go 24 hrs before you bump, wouldja?
I bought a BSR-5 a few years ago for $1500; I considered that a very good deal. Later on I got a BSR-6 for $2100, also IMO a very good deal. They go for around that($2500), but the economy might affect whether or not this seller is getting much interest; I'd try to get him down to $2000 or even less.

Edit: I wouldn't suggest buying a KS if you don't know much about them; IME/IMO they are extremely well-built but not incredibly versatile, tonally(they have a great sound that mixes well, just not alot of different sounds). I also prefer wider spacing, but IIRC they're similar in that respect to the Flea.

I don't think that is worth 2500, I'd say 1500 as well +-200. 9more on the minus, but you could probably get 1600 for it if all goes well)

that said, i would put a flea at about the same price, so if you are getting cash I would think its a good thing.
