Hi!
I just got a Spector Spectorcore 4 Fretless. It comes with an EMG-HZ pickup and a Fishman Piezo Powerbridge.
I’ve never had a bass with piezo, or even played one, and I also searched around for the answer to this, but didn’t have much luck. So I’m sorry in advance if this is a really stupid question.
The difference to the piezo volume on full and the EMG on full is huge. The piezo all the way up is about the same volume as the EMG turned up like 25%. I changed the battery, and made little to no difference.
Is it normal to have such a difference in volume between the two pickups? Or does this seem like an issue with the Fishman Powerbridge?
Thank you!
