VT Bass Deluxe Issue

Hello,

I have an issue with a used VT Bass Deluxe. Was working fine for a few weeks. Until today, when i was re-arranging some pedals on my pedalboard. After powering it up again, it sounds very harsh, hums, and the EQ no longer functions. When adjusting knobs, the LED light blinks as if you are adjusting properly, however, the sound remains the same. Even the level knob does nothing. Also, sometimes, when paired with other pedals in the pedalboard, it will stop producing sound all together. When it does this, only the channel "B" LED is light up. And slighter dimmer than normal. I'm thinking it something like a grounding issue because when i touch the string, some of the humming goes away. I understand this may be a tough problem to help solve over the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe @tech21nyc can chime in.

Thank you!

I think there's a factory reset button combo for the programmable Sansamps.
I don't know it but google might. Worth a try.

This:
Hold down the footswitches for Channels 1 and 3
while simultaneously applying power (either plugging in an adapter or, if a battery is installed, plug-
ging in your guitar cable). Then release the switches.

It's the last in chain behind an whammy, tuber, compressor, octave, and fuzz. Only switched around the tuner and compressor. Just for an ease of use preference. Powered by one of those SKB pedalboard and a 9V adapter.

I had a situation where I put a pedal on a board that when plugged into the daisy chain power supply it took down the rest of the pedals on the board. The problem disappeared when taking that particular pedal off the board. It could be another pedal causing the issue. I would try it separately by itself to see if the issue lies elsewhere.
