Hey, I have bought my WW stereo amp, and I have found is makes a small "SsHh" sound one or two seconds after every time I turn it off, It doesn't bothers me, but I just would like to know if some body has experienced that, is that normal?
Thanks
I have one his late 80's / 90's MI-225's or some such, that upon power-on, does this:
put-put-put-put-put-put-put-put-put-put-put-put-
Then it goes on.
Sometimes it puts less or more. No idea why.
Jumamoro,
Every Woods amp makes that sound at shutdown. I have no idea what it is, but it's perfectly normal.

Very funny! That would be the typical startup noise of the flux capacitor on that particular model. No worries.
