Anyone got a Jazz fiver with an angled headstock instead of the traditional Fender style?? Always wondered how that would look, and wondered why with so many people buildings Warmoths I don't see em more often.

This is my first Warmoth build, finished it 3 weeks ago. Liked it so much I ordered another, this time it's a thunderbird body & maple p-neck. Will post that one when it's done.

Here are a couple I put together back around 2001. The black one had a maple neck Pau ferro fingerboard EMG 35DC and a 2-Tek bridge I scored on eBay. I wish they still made those things. You can here it on the Link Removed.

The white one came a little later. same basic setup except the bridge is a 201.

How much does one have to know to put together a pre routed body and neck, and install the hardware? Is it way too much to tackle if you have no other experience in it?

If you're comfortable with a drill and a soldering iron, you can do it. You might run into some issues that need professional help (for me it was sizing, shaping, and cutting the nut). Depening on the parts you get, it might be less work than mine was.

Super light Warmoth Swap Ash body with 65' Fender P neck. Bass weighs 7.5 lbs. it Sings man. My buddy finished it to look like a stripped 60's body. I think he hit it.
