warmoth body build time?

I purchased an unfinished body from the Warmoth showcase and had them put a Sunburst finish on it. I waited a full 6 weeks before my parts came in. I ordered at the end of January, which I think I read somewhere was the start of their peak season.
Yes it's typically 4-6 weeks. I don't remember exactly how long I waited for my one-piece bubinga G4 body, I think it was closer to 4 weeks.

You should call Tommy at USA Custom Guitars. I have purchased a few of their bodies and necks. Tommy really takes care of his customers, and I usually deal with him directly. He takes the time to listen to what you want and what you are using it for. In my experience, he has actually gone to the shop and handpicked the woods himself and then send me pictures to make sure that I am happy with it. In my honest opinion, I think that USACG has much better quality control. Their turn around time is better also, I just ordered a body and neck with a finish and I should have it in less than 6 weeks. Warmoth is always 8-10 weeks. This being said, and in fairness, Warmoth has many more options when it comes to exotic tops and such.
What's the turnaround on necks? I'm thinking about a Gecko or one of their 5-string necks, possibly unfinished.

My initial question was indeed ambiguous. What I'm interested in is time from when you order it to when you get it (shipping time).
USACG, from what I hear, is pretty great, but I don't know if they'll do what I'm looking for at a comparable price to warmoth. (What I want is a swamp ash jazz body routed for two p pickups, with a top control rout and battery box. Oi. I'm betting those aren't in stock.)
Looks like the current consensus is 4-10 weeks. Any other experiences?

you would have had your answer a long time ago if you would have already called them.
for an unfinished body or neck during the summer, about 4 weeks...my last neck took just under 4 weeks during the spring...winter months are the busy season
you might be surprised at what's on the showcase in terms of routing options, etc...sometimes they do some stuff in small batches that's not the normal options people usually choose, but a dual P config is, admittedly, not common
fwiw, i've had only good experience with the quality of warmoth, and the showcase is nice because i can see the wood, see the weight, etc.

Audere or J-Retro, with the battery box for easy access? P pickups not mirroring one another? SWAMP ASH JAZZ BODY?!
What color scheme, and what kinda neck are you looking at?
If its the same as mine, I'm just gonna wait 'til you're done and then come to your house and clip it.
Average lead time for that body would be 4-6 weeks unfinished or 8-10 weeks with a paint job.
I checked the shop and didn't have anything exactly matching your specs immediately available. However, we could certainly get that started for you!

I've got everything but the body, so it won't be long before you can come steal it (August, maybe?).
I'm going to use an Audere. Clear gloss oil finish, with a black pickguard. Maple on maple neck. It should be sweet.

USACG will rout whatever pickup combo that you desire, if they do not have it set in their machine, you will need to provide dimensions. Just got off the phone with Tommy to change my bridge rout, he didn't have it programmed so he got the dimensions and is doing it.
I mean no disrespect to warmoth, as I have used a few of their bodies because of their amazing tops, but for something simple I prefer USACG.
For posterity, I just ordered the body, and they said four weeks until they ship it. We'll see...
Closure: I received my body today. It's exactly what I wanted. This bass is going to be hot. I'm going to start up a thread with pix on it eventually.
